Prescription request forms are available in the porch on the bookcase. Please complete and place your request in the box provided.
We are extremely busy at the moment and staff are doing all they can to accommodate patient requests. Please do not shout at or verbally abuse the staff when you either call or visit the surgery.

If you have a sore throat Sainsbury's in Richmond and Superdrug in Hammersmith offer a sore throat service . They will ask you a series of questions, examine your throat and if necessary do a swab test to test for infection. They can then suggest the right medication to ease your symptoms, thus saving you from having to make a doctor's appointment.
